By accessing or using SuperOCR.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and maintaining accurate account information.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including unlawful processing, unauthorized access attempts, abusive automation, infringement of third-party rights, or uploading content you are not authorized to process.
We may suspend or restrict access to protect platform integrity, security, legal compliance, or other users.
4. Intellectual Property
SuperOCR.ai and related software, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the services in accordance with the plan and documentation.
5. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features, limits, or integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur.
6. Billing, Plans, and Credits
Plans, feature gates, and pricing are described on: /pricing#plans.
We may use Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com) as Merchant of Record for checkout, payment processing, invoicing, tax collection/remittance, and related subscription operations.
Fees, credits, usage limits, and entitlements may vary by plan and may change in accordance with applicable law and notice obligations. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, abuse, or security reasons. Clauses that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Łódź, Poland.
